I was really impressed with this facility. I was worried about all the negative reviews so I paid extra attention to see if it was really the facility or just the people responding. I arrived right at the 30 minutes check-in time before my appointment. I was greeted nicely. I waited maybe 15 minutes before I was called back. This was actually 15 minutes before my actual scheduled appointment. Dr. Schoenhaus was very patient with all my questions and did not make me feel rushed. I felt really comfortable with her. I had to call a few days later to discuss a reaction I was having from a medication. I left a voicemail with the triage and received a call 10 minutes later. The triage nurse was very nice and gave me advise. She also sent in a new prescription within that hour. So far I really like this place. More

I have been with Dr. Pack since 2007. He delivered my baby girl. I went through all three pregnancies with Dr. Pack. He has treated me with care and respect. The office staff is nice and caring as well. You don’t typically get doctors who are down to earth, but Dr.Pack is super down to earth. Keeps it real. And he is quick as well. I have a rare disorder, and he made sure everything was in line each time. More

Dr. Brill seems to talk fast and is always rushing, but that's just him; he is a fast-paced, multi-tasking dr. He has taken his time when needed and answers any questions or concerns I have. He makes me feel comfortable when he can tell I'm nervous about something. When things are easy and normal, yes, he moves on quickly, but when it's time for concern or something needs more attention, he takes the time. I think he is an excellent Doctor/Surgeon. More

If it wasn't for her, I wouldn't have ever know that I had a blood clotting disorder that caused losing multiple pregnancies. Because of her, I was able to have 2 more healthy children knowing what I needed to do to prevent the blood clots from causing the losses. She is the best! More

So glad she is trauma informed. I’ve been avoiding a checkup for over a decade because of past trauma. When Dr. Shiode saw on my papers that I have PTSD, she very gently asked if my trauma involved any sexual abuse (it did) and she gave me the option to come in a different day when I would be more mentally prepared. During the examination, she was very informative about what she would be doing and why. She showed me in advance all the tools she’d be using and how they worked, and told me step by step what she would be doing. She gave me gentle warnings about what I would be feeling next so that nothing would catch me off guard. Listened to my concerns and gave me explanations about each of the possible diagnosis on the first visit. Definitely will be staying under this doctor’s care in the future. More

Dr. Garg has been one of the only doctors, in my experience, to make me feel at ease and feeling grateful after leaving appointments. He delivered my daughter in 2011 and had taken me in when I was in my third trimester and switched providers. It was a night and day difference. He genuinely listens. I've sat in the exam room in tears and he never made me feel judged or silly. He answers my questions and is very real and straightforward while providing empathy and understanding. I'm hesitant to refer him to others ONLY because I don't want him to have too many patients that he won't continue to see me too haha. I have been trying to stay with him as much as possible during this second pregnancy and wouldn't have it any other way. More

Dr. Herpolsheimer delivered my baby boy 31 years ago at Madigan Army Medical Hospital. I was over due and I did not like him at first, of course my hormones were raging. He looked at me touched my stomach and sent me home..I was overdue. He wasn't very friendly, but easy to the eyes!:) He was on call when it was time for me to deliver..I had an emergency caesarean..I respect him because my scar is perfect..even to this day..Also I have a wonderful son..31 years old, college graduate and productive citizen! He has his ways but he is a great doctor! More

As an older person with a sensitive gyn issue she was calming, reassuring, and understanding. If a gyn visit can be a happy one, she’s the nurse to see. After being hospitalized at 26 weeks with a kidney stone I needed to switch OB’s so that I could deliver at St. Rose Siena. Dr. Brill and the team at WAHSN took me on knowing there could be complications down the line. Dr. Brill made me feel comfortable durning the last trimester knowing the discomfort I was in. Unfortunately in the end Dr. Brill didn’t deliver my baby, but Dr. Edmond Pack was there and she was out within 1 hour from the time I started pushing. The whole office made me feel important and were always on time if not early with appointments. I look forward to going back when I have my second baby and would recommend him to friends. More

Dr Garg delivered my daughter in 2013. He also discovered my enlarged thyroid. When I was pregnant, it was like he had a manual to my body. Everything he explained was so accurate. Awesome doctor. My other doctors recommended a hysterectomy for back trouble I was having, she examined me and discovered this was NOT the problem. She kept me from an unnecessary and painful surgery. Great doctor. When we discovered a REAL female problem I was having she did my surgery with care and confidence (even providing pictures). Dr. Garg was very easy to talk to during my visit, almost as if I were talking to a friend. He was very thorough and took his time when seeing me - this is a big deal for me as nowadays it seems like Dr.s are always in a rush to see the next patient. I met Dr Brill under unfortunate circumstances. I had been to an elective ultrasound where they could no longer find the baby so I made a last minute appointment and Dr Brill was the physician with an opening. Let me say that he was very professional and sympathetic to my situation. He begged the ultrasound tech to squeeze me in so we could get the best images possible.  Unfortunately the baby was absorbed and I was no longer pregnant. I also saw him weeks later for a follow up appointment in which he was very kind and took plenty of time to talk with me and answer questions. Coming from San Diego, where healthcare is pretty above standard, and coming to Vegas, where realistically, medical care is viewed as average/subpar, I knew I had my challenges and expectations when it came to finding a doctor. Add to that, the fact that my husband and I were ready to have a family makes finding the right fit even more crucial. I visited a couple of OB/GYNs who I found were pretty good however they no longer delivered babies. Aside from looking at which practitioner accepted my insurance, my second factor on deciding on a doctor is looking at where they went to Undergrad and Med School. For me, Dr. Ivie fit the profile I was looking for. An added bonus is that she reminds me of an older sister in her bed side manner, frankness, but also her ability to relate. I've been going to her for over 2 years now, more often now than ever because under her care/guidance I'm one month away from delivering our twins. I follow her around town for my appointments between their Henderson and Southwest WHASN locations. It also helps that I work in Henderson and live in Summerlin. If you're a first time patient, expect to not get in for a few months as she's quite busy/popular! But once you're in a situation where regular visits are needed, it's not too hard to get on her calendar as long as you're willing to drive a bit. I had BOTH of my children with Dr Pak in the lead. I inherited him for my last minute emergency c section because my first was in distress and he reassured me I did everything I could! Despite having to leave for another surgery she came back that same morning to see me and bring me flowers and a lovely card to say congratulations. So I went to Women's Specialty Care and met him, I told him my history of miscarriages (i had 3) and told him I found out I had a blood condition, without a question he put me as high risk and prescribe me the medications I needed. It was determined I needed a hysterectomy. Dr, Garg is fantastic. He takes the time to listen and to explain everything. After surgery he thoroughly updated my husband and mom. I have been going to Dr Pack for almost 4 years now. This man is truly the best doctor I've ever met. I've struggled with endometriosis for the past 21 years and I have been to many local doctors, and the end result was always the same "there is nothing we can do to help you". However I found Dr Pack and everything changed. My first encounter with him, I knew if anyone could help me it would be this man. Dr Pack is so knowledgeable and very well trained in endometriosis, he had suggestions and answers for me right away. His bedside manner is impeccable, he is light hearted, kind, respects your time and never makes you wait and genuinely interested in giving you the best care possible. He does not jump to drastic measures right away he starts with simple approaches and goes from there. After we tried everything with no real results, Dr Pack suggested a full hysterectomy. On Friday 10/07/2016 we did it. I was so nervous and a bit saddened to have to cross this road. But it was the best choice and medical experience I've ever been through. I saw Dr. H for the first time a few weeks ago.  The front office staff was fine but the wait time was a bit long, but I think it’s unfortunately the new norm for any doctor in the valley.  Dr. H’s nurse was extremely nice and friendly.  I didn’t have to wait long for Dr. H and was was also very friendly and kind.  I doubt have any complaints about the staff, the nurses or Dr H. My experience with Dr. Shoenhaus was excellent. She took the time to understand my concerns over a surgery, and was patient with me. She has been the most caring of all doctors I've ever had, in 55 years, and many surgeries. She is a positive person. She performed my hysterectomy, and I have no scars. Beautiful work. I would jump hoops to keep her as a doctor,, and hope insurance always allows her. I reccommend her to my daughter, which says a lot. She will only give meds needed. More

If I could send everyone I know to Dr. Ivie, I would. When I had my son, she was the doctor on duty that morning and took such great care of me. She even cracked a few jokes while I was pushing that made the experience that much better. She was also one of my OB/GYN Docs during my pregnancy and out of everyone, she was my favorite. Dr. Brill was one of the doctors I saw during my pregnancy he ended up being the doctor that delivered my son and was real and to the point about what to expect when I saw him during the pregnancy. And when it came to delivering my son who was facing the wrong way he was straight forward and quick and got my son out safe. More

I was new to Vegas when I found out I was expecting in 2013 and was a little apprehensive since all my life I had a female DR, Dr. Brill was amazing he took his time and listened to all my concerns. I consider myself fortunate to have been recommended to Dr. Ivie for a follow-up regarding a pelvic ultrasound that showed abnormal findings. From the moment I met Dr. Ivie, she put me at ease, spent a lot of time explaining the findings in simple terms, and did a follow-up examination. Dr. Pack is a very knowledgeable and professional doctor. I have been seeing him since moving to Las Vegas in 2009. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a good doctor so quickly (everyone told me finding good doctors in Vegas is impossible).  Since moving to the Horizon Ridge location, the wait time is very minimal and the office staff are very nice. Yearly exams are short and sweet.  He is very pleasant and nice, but does not try to engage you in long (off-topic) conversations, which is exactly what I want in an OBGYN!  The only negative thing I can say is Dr. Pack books up very quickly, so you have to make appointments months in advance. I had to see dr pack after finding out I had a large ruptured cyst on my ovary that would require not only the cyst to be removed but also my right ovary and Fallopian tubes. What an amazing dr. I was so scared when I was first in his office, and he went above and beyond to comfort and calm me, all while ensuring me he would make sure I could still have babies. The day of my surgery dr pack came in a saw me, made sure I had no last minute questions and again made sure to comfort me and that I was ok. After the surgery he was right there to explain what had gone on, and what to expect for the first few days.  I am now 10 days post op, and had my follow up appt today. Once again my husband and I were met by the friendliest person, who was willing to take the time to talk with us, no matter how many questions we had. I am thrilled that by chance I have found the dr I will keep for years to come. God willing we are blessed with children, I look forward to dr. Pack delivering them into this world. I would highly recommend this Dr. More

Dr. Pack has been a great doctor to me.  We has been my OB for a very short time but he’s always been very compassionate and caring.  About a month ago he delivered my youngest boy and all went very smoothly.  My care during my pregnancy was perfect.  I have absolutely no complaints.I thought it was wonderful that didn’t have to go anywhere for my blood tests, glucose test or first ultrasound.  All was done in the same office, which is very convenient.I also have to comment on the review about him treating patients a particular way based on their profession.  I’m also a "homemaker" and he as well as his staff always treated me kindly. I waited for MAYBE 5 minutes in the waiting room before being seen today, and he was into the exam room in less than 2 minutes. He just moved into this office. It's classy and modern, and in a MUCH better part of town than his last office. If you decide to see Dr. Pack- you wont be sorry. He is a great doctor. More

I recently moved to Vegas and had to find all new doctors.  For an OBGYN, I found Dr. Pack after seeing positive reviews online, and have had a few appointments with him.  He is AWESOME!  First of all, his staff is always super friendly and accessible.  They answer the phone right away and get back to you very quickly with whatever you need.  If you need an appointment, you don’t have to wait months to get one, and you never have to wait long in the office.  Finally, Dr. Pack made me feel comfortable from the first time I met him and always takes time to explain everything and answer any questions I may have.  He never tries to rush you, and always has a smile on his face.  I would absolutely recommend Dr. Pack to anyone! :) More
